writes. teaches. mothers. believes.
Hi, and thanks for stopping by, pleased to meet you! When I'm not cooking for my two little kiddos, planning out lessons for my fabulous students, or finding time to write or study - I'm usually staring into space from exhaustion and in denial about the dishes in the sink. Send me a line and I promise I'll write back while on autopilot. :)
A Geraldine Dodge Fellow, I'm also a graduate student at Rutgers University, where I'm studying English and concentrating in Women and Gender Studies.
I wish you happy journaling and resilience!

Learn what it feels like to slow down and write your way back into life. My journaling workshops have helped women, men, and teenagers rediscover hidden parts of themselves. Life's busyness tends to blur you into its background, sometimes. Journal the Journey brings you back into the driver's seat of your life, where you belong.
While I have administered presentations in the areas of women's wellness agencies, hospice, prison rehabilitation, and youth services I am more than happy to bring this journaling experience to your home, club, or other intimate space.
Embark on an exquisite journey!

In this brilliance
There is no asthmatic breathing
There is no chaotic prostitution of intimacy parading as love
There is no noose to will the living dead
There is no evaporated spirit poured into elixirs for parasites or goblins, skulking, waiting, watching
No
In this brilliance
there is open space for the woman
whose eyes sparkle.
Blurred sideshows in her wake
Her hips make way
and you will move to let her pass.
With deafening, frightful
razor-sharp clarity
she runs
into
the blinding horizon of the living
to meet liberation.
a sweet, sweet reunion
